To all those girls on here freaking out and comparing themselves to the models in the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show 2012: 

In real life, those girls look nothing like the way they’re portrayed. You guys have no idea how much time and effort goes into ensuring models look perfect before a runway show. Dozens of people are hired just to make them look that way. Imagine sitting in a chair for hours while various people you’ve never met pull at your hair and demand you hold still while they apply heavy makeup to your face. I can promise ya it’s not fun. In addition, between looks at a fashion show, you have maybe 60 seconds to change - which means that everyone on set sees you naked.

On top of that, do you really want to dedicate your life to fitting into a certain size? Take it from someone who was told by her agent that I needed to lose weight (I’m a size 2!) to work. Fuck that. Being confident with the body you were given is by far the most beautiful quality you can posses.
